An estimated 10 million of our furry, four-legged family members will become lost this year in the United States. The majority of these dogs, cats and other companion animals won't return home and many are ultimately euthanized. By joining the HomeAgain PetRescuers, a volunteer network of animal lovers, you help to solve this tragic problem.

As a PetRescuer you can help lost pets by:

• Keeping watch for lost pets in you're area, alerted to you through e-mail
• Calling HomeAgain and engaging the proper local organizations when lost pets are found
• Being a neighborhood source for tips and information about pet safety
• Growing the power of the HomeAgain PetRescuers to save the lives of lost pets by recruiting friends, family and neighbors.
