Schering-Plough Home Again LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes the ways in which we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

Personal Information - Generally, you can access and browse our Web sites without disclosing any Personal Information.

• If you request information, products or services from our Web sites, or ask us to resolve complaints or concerns, we will ask you to provide information such as your name, contact information, and other identifying information necessary to fulfill a particular request.
• We will collect information from a visitor voluntarily through responses to surveys, assessment tools, questionnaires, and search functions.
• Schering-Plough sites use cookies and other technologies to keep track of your interactions with our sites. Your Web browser can be set to allow you to control whether you will accept cookies, reject cookies, or to notify you each time a cookie is sent.

Uses and Disclosures of Information

• We DO NOT SELL any personal information (including email address) we collect.
• We DO NOT SHARE any personal information (including email address) we collect WITH ANYONE other than Home Again service providers in order to deliver the services and products offered under the HomeAgain® program. Those service providers include: (1) the pet recovery service which contacts clients of lost pets during the recovery process, (2) ASPCA National Poison Control Center, which provides the 24-hour/7-day-a-week emergency medical service, (3) the shelter providing care until the lost pet is returned, and (4) other providers who manage (or provide the technical support for) our payment processing, customer communications, call centers and website.
• NO DATA THAT WE COLLECT IS GIVEN TO ANYONE WHO MAY CONTACT YOU FOR ANY PURPOSE NOT RELATED TO THE HOMEAGAIN® PROGRAM.
• We use the Personal Information you provide to fulfill your requests for information, products or services (including to send you e-mail communications in accordance with your preferences), and to provide you access to your registered accounts. We also may periodically send you special offers in the mail.

Choice and Access - Schering-Plough strives to keep your Personal Information accurate.

• You can access the Personal Information that has been collected from you through the Web site. Once accessed, you can view, correct, delete inaccuracies or update your Personal Information online.
• When you enroll online, you can also unsubscribe from promotional e-mail communications you no longer wish to receive. This may also be done through your online profile, if you have created one. Additionally, we provide instructions on how to unsubscribe within the promotional e-mail communications we send to you. As the online enrollment form indicates, HomeAgain will continue to provide you with service-related announcements regardless of your e-mail preferences.
• You also may instruct us to remove you from programs to which you have subscribed; however, we will retain basic information about you and your pet (such as microchip ID number, name of pet, and your contact information) in our database. We will retain this information solely for the purposes of pet recovery even if you unsubscribe from our program.

Security and Compliance

• We maintain reasonable and appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, or alteration.
• Encrypted data collection and transmission is used with sensitive Personal Information, such as credit card or account information, if required for use of a service on a Web site.
• We do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from any person under the age of 13
• We comply with all laws that require us to protect your Personal Information.
• Material changes to this privacy notice will be indicated in this Notice, available on the Web site homepage, and other places we deem appropriate to keep you informed of our information practices.
